Charming and spacious 3 bedroom home. Cottage comfort with over 2,000 sf living space. Conveniently located within 5 minutes of Downtown Paragould and near Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. - 2 Living Areas, Sunroom, 2 car garage - Roku TV - High Speed Internet - Full Laundry with washer, dryer - Complete Kitchen with Pots, Pans, Cooking Supplies, Coffee Maker - All essential linens, extra bedding and pillows - Pet Friendly with Fenced backyard
I’m a Realtor with Century 21 Portfolio, an Airbnb host and a graduate of Arkansas State University and University of Louisiana at Monroe. I’m passionate about hosting guests from all over. I have a husband who farms cotton, corn and soybeans and a son in high school.
The neighborhood is located on the south side of town just off of Highway 49 (Linwood Dr) and only 5 minutes from downtown. This is an established neighborhood with large lots and mature trees. Onsite parking available. The circle drive offers easy access for vehicles pulling trailers or boats. Ample parking space for 3-4 vehicles.
