Located in Margaretville, the recently renovated The Nordic Nest provides accommodation 11 km from Delaware Ulster Railroad and 14 km from Ski Bobcat. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a picnic area. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Welcome to the Nordic Nest, a 3 bedroom and 1+ (see notes below) bathroom retreat in the heart of the Catskills. Set on a dreamy country road with dramatic views of the mountains and a spring fed swimming pond, 221 acres of peacefulness and serenity are all yours. Dreaming of a bucolic escape where you can enjoy time with family and friends? Here it is! The Nordic Nest is only 15 miles to Belleayre Ski Center and close to villages with shops and restaurants. A private setting with close access to endless fun. Bathrooms: There is one full bathroom in the master bedroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is a second bathroom in the upstairs hallway with a washer, dryer, and free standing soaking tub. The shower is NOT currently connected in this bathroom. All bathrooms are upstairs. Located between the popular vacation destinations of Margaretville and Andes, The Nordic Nest is 221 acres of solitude and enjoyment. With a SAUNA ROOM, hiking trails, a swim pond, fire pit and cozy house, you will not want to leave the property. The Main Floor has a kitchen, dining area and living room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as described above. There is a security camera on the front deck facing the driveway.

This home is located near the popular vacation destination towns of Margaretville, Arkville, Andes, Roxbury, Bovina Center, Pine Hill and Woodstock. This is a true 4 season area. In the winter ski or snowboard at Belleayre Ski Center, Plattekill Mountain, Hunter Mountain and Windham. Spring is fishing season and there are plenty of public fishing streams and lakes in the area for a sportsman. Watch nature come back to life as the tree's and flowers begin to blossom. Summer there is so much to do, something for everyone in your group. Hiking, biking, boating, antiquing, farmers markets, fairs and more. There are numerous wedding and party venues in the area as well. Fall is the place to be in the Catskills. Farmers Markets are bursting with bounty, pumpkin and apple picking, fall festivals and leaf peeping. Days are sunny and the air crisp, you will fall in love!
