“Bluegrass Retreat” is a three bedroom 1.5 bath home in a quiet subdivision. You will have access to the entire home as well as the large front and back yard and one car garage. Enjoy the comfort of three bedrooms offering you snug blankets and soft cotton linen. The 1.5 bathrooms offer complimentary toiletries and bath linens. Our kitchen offers all the comforts of home including a stove, several high quality cookware pieces, coffee pods, cooking sheets, and Keurig.   The home features a gorgeous deck for grilling, sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a cocktail or iced tea as the sun goes to sleep for the evening. It is also a great spot to reading your favorite book or star gaze. While here at “Bluegrass Retreat’, enjoy watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen, or play cards at the dining room table. Our spacious back yard is also a great place to toss a football or try your luck at a local favorite, Corn Hole. Enjoy s’mores and hot chocolate around the fire pit.
Hey there and thank you for considering my home! My wife and I bought this home because we came down to visit the bourbon trail a few years back and knew this was a place we would return to. We want to make sure you have as great a time as we had when we first went down, so we hope to make your experience special. I work in tech for a hospital in the Chicagoland Area, and my wife works in Law enforcement. We have two young kids that also had a great time when they came down to visit with us at our home, as the area has so many fun things to do not only for adults but for kids as well.
This is a very historic and fun area that has much to explore. Check out one of the many world famous distilleries that surround the home, or go visit the capitol building and snap some pictures. Additionally the downtown area has so many good restaurants, bars and venues to eat, watch sports, or just hang out with your friends. We are happy to provide guest recommendations as well as our own upon request.
