Welcome to the Cozy Nook Magical Treehouse by the sea. Our Sea loft sits among a special village of homes nicknamed "The Tree Houses," due to their unique architecture on Private Deer Island, inside the Exclusive Sea Pines Resort in the heart of Harbour Town. Step inside this magical treehouse and be immersed by walls of glass that provide panoramic nature views while achieving complete privacy and tranquility, morning til' night. Home features 2 bedrooms (1 King Suite, 2 XL Twins (length of a king, size of a twin & can be pushed together to make a King), 1 Queen & 1 Full pull out and 1.5 Bathrooms. (We are in the process of putting in a shower in 1/2 bath, but depending on your rental dates this may not be completed in time). Main level is accessed by private entrance only. You cannot access the 2nd bedroom & half bath from upstairs. Relax and have a movie night in the comfortable living room with flat screen offering cable tv and Wi-Fi and a sitting/office area to easily "work from home," or do schoolwork. There’s also tons of family-fun games for those rainy afternoons or game night! Step outside to the outdoor oasis, which offers an expensive wrap-around, multi-level deck to watch the sunset or grill your freshly caught fish. There is also an outdoor section with a gas fireplace and outdoor TV. We provide a fully equipped kitchen w/ all cooking utensils & dishes, a washer and dryer, tankless hot water heater, fresh bed linens, shower towels, shampoo, body and hand soap, starter packs for laundry and dishwasher cubes, coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. There is a pack'n Play in the closet for your little ones. Please bring your own beach towels.

We visited the community, fell in love with the relaxation and tranquility it offers and decided to purchase this lovely home. We spent the next few months remodeling, furnishing and putting our personal touch on the home to turned it into a magical home, we know you will love. Come unpack, settle in, relax and de-stress from the hussle and bustle of everyday life. We fell in love with this home the first time we saw it and have turned it into a cozy, inviting place we are so excited to share with you. We are a 5-minute walk to harbor town, where you will find a free shuttle and seasonal trolley that picks you up at the end of our street to take you anywhere on the island you’d like to go. Enjoy Harbour town, offering ocean front restaurants, shopping, songs and stories in the park by the famous Gregg Russell for the kids, ice cream, fishing and boating charters, a food market, weekly Seasonal, Tuesday night fireworks, the lighthouse, unbelievable sunsets, tennis & pickleball, a fitness center, yoga on the beach, stables for horseback riding, aquatic centers, year-round live music, bike rentals, dolphin filled waters of Calibogue Sound and so much more! Pool and beach access is at Sea Pines plantation. The Sea Pine Beach club is 2 miles from the home and may be excessed by free seasonal trolley bikes or car. The pool access is in South Beach which is 4 miles from the house and is accessible for a daily or weekly beach pass. Bike rentals are also available and can be dropped at the home for your vacation for additional fees. Renters will purchase community pass when they arrive at the community at the main gate. Access information to get into the home will be provided prior to check-in. We make no guarantees or refunds due to weather.
