Thanks to the convenient outdoor dining area, you can enjoy alfresco meals. All the bedrooms have plenty of room, and the two rooms downstairs are equipped with electric fireplaces. A large kitchen is ready for the chef in the group to whip up dinner or an easy snack. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Children five years and under do not count towards occupancy. The wood stove is not operational. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to 2000 dollars will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Make sure to visit Pope Beach, only seven miles away, which offers a sandy beach with excellent swimming and picnicking opportunities!
