Find a little bit of everything at this spacious, inviting, family-friendly townhome at Sweetwater! This home sits two miles south of downtown Hailey, where you can shop, dine, or watch a movie. The Hailey Rodeo Arena and Hailey Ice are only a mile north, and Draper Preserve - an excellent spot for a run or a hike - is two miles west. You take a short walk to the paved hiking and biking trail that is 16 miles long and goes from Bellevue to Ketchum and is open year-round. You'll find world-class winter ski slopes and summer hiking and mountain biking trails at Bald Mountain 15 miles north, as well as a lovely spot to fish on the shores of Silver Creek 17 miles south. Ketchum and Sun Valley are both within 16 miles, offering plentiful options for dining, shopping, and all-season entertainment. When you enter this multi-level townhouse, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan on the second floor.
