This updated 3-bedroom plus loft/2.5-bath, three-level condominium is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. Wood floors highlight the entry with a half-bath just off entry level. All three bedrooms are on the lower level. The master bedroom faces the golf course and has a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 39-inch flat screen TV, full bath, and its own private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed with antique appointments and shares a hall way bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds. This unit does not have A/C. The middle level has living, dining and kitchen areas open as one great room with vaulted ceiling, and an open loft above the living room with three twin beds is accessed by stairs. The dining table seats eight and the bar seats two. The living room features ample seating on two leather couches and two armchairs between the 46-inch flat screen TV and the gas lit fireplace. A small office desk with wireless internet access is just off the kitchen along with a full size washer and dryer. Elkhorn is located in the hills about a mile south of Sun Valley Village and two miles from the town of Ketchum. If you are looking for amenities, this area offers a good selection. Guests have access to an array of amenities; swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center and tennis courts, all free of charge. Sunburst Condos are a favorite recommendation. Elkhorn guests also enjoy preferential tee times at the golf course. The Elkhorn Golf Course was designed by the famous father-son duo Robert Trent Jones Senior and Robert Trent Jones Junior. Your golfing abilities will be tested on this course, complete with rolling greens and over 100 sand traps and bunkers. Also, enjoying the sweeping views of the Elkhorn hillsides and the Sun Valley White Clouds golf course that surround the area. Hiking and biking are very popular activities among guests. Spring and early summer offer expansive views of the surrounding areas, and the ability to view the different wildflowers in the area. In the late summer and fall, enjoy the fall foliage.
