Silva Domus Payment Policy: Due to the overwhelming number of fraudulent reservations made, Prepayment is required immediately after making a reservation. We can send you a link via Stripe to make a payment or you can cancel your reservation and rebook using the Airbnb platform. New Studio Apartment with Private Outdoor Space. Our neighborhood is diverse, with excellent views of Manhattan and deer roaming around. Eagle Rock Reservation borders our neighborhood with hiking trails and an NYC overlook with a 9/11 memorial. Montclair town center is a 5-minute drive with many BYOB restaurants! Whole Foods is in the shopping center at the intersection of Prospect Ave and Eagle Rock Ave, one mile away, 5-minute drive, or continue along the paved trail from Mountain Ave, our cross street, through the reservation to Prospect Ave.
