Welcome to Good Hotels Downtown Denver. This outstanding location is right by Union Station. Check-in is from 3 pm and checkout time is 11 AM Considering the property's water supply line has a historic infrastructure, please understand that we have no control over unforeseen maintenance needs that may arise. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, please expect regular water services to be available. Only 1 portable heater are available per room We have a virtual 24/7 desk available at all times. This is a self-check-in reservation. 
Guest will receive a link via text to complete the 3 pre-arrival check-in steps prior to arrival. Once fully submitted, the full set of check-in instructions will be provided. The hot tub is out of order. Please note that apartment fixtures including but not limited to furniture items, wall decorations, and small items may change from time to time as wear and tear requires replacements. The photos are representative of the space and are a guide, layout may slightly vary. Please be aware that our property is located above a vibrant nightclub and bar, typically open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays/special events. The nightclub operates from 6 pm to 2 am, with Sunday hours until midnight. We kindly ask guests to consider this lively atmosphere before making a booking decision. The upper floor is accessible by stairs only, there is no elevator in the building. Pets are allowed, but only one pet per room (there is a pet fee) Kindly be mindful of the building's historical significance, especially regarding the plumbing and piping system. Please refrain from disposing of toilet paper in the toilet, as it may lead to blockages. Instead, we provide a designated bin for this purpose. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
