Surround yourself with nature in this private, spacious Mt. Lookout 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house. This serene hillside retreat is furnished with modern designer brands so that your stay is comfortable and homey. 4 min to Mt. Lookout Square, Lunken Airport, Ault Park 8 min to Hyde Park Square 13 min to Anderson 16 min to downtown Cincinnati, UC Children's Hospital *Please note that this house is on a hill, so please be careful driving and there is a flight of stairs to the main entrance. Each room is beautifully decorated with stylish accents and comfortable furnishings that will make you feel right at home. House Layout: When you walk up the steps to the main entrance, you are on the first floor. It has a sitting room that doubles as an office, huge living room, spacious kitchen, half bath, and dining room for 8. You can access the deck through the side door. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queen) with a laundry room & a hallway guest bath. The primary bathroom is connected between the 2 King bedrooms, but feel free to pick a room & lock the other door! The Queen bedroom also has a crib from Pottery Barn Kids, so it's more comfortable than a pack and play. There's no additional fee & this is always available. Please bring your own sheets if you plan on using the crib. Laundry is on the 2nd floor with all the bedrooms. You can access the lower level through the side entrance, garage, or the main floor. There is a private living room, full bathroom, and a Queen bedroom. EV charging is in the garage with 2 - 220V plug.
