After buying this new townhouse, we converted our first floor private mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance into a fun and comfortable stay. We love our Jefferson Park area with the access that it has - a beautiful park right on the corner, walking distance to Mile High and the Aquarium, 5 minute Uber to downtown or a quick scooter ride, and so walkable to restaurants and bars! We provide soft bedding, streaming services on the TV, high powered WiFi, a kitchenette, and toiletries for your stay. We hope you love it! We live next to the adorable Jefferson Park. It's a fun neighborhood with easy access to all that Denver has to offer. Not only can you walk to Mile High Stadium and the Aquarium, but you'll be a 5 minute ride to downtown, RiNo, Coors field, Ball Arena and more; also a short walk away from restaurants, bars, breweries, and activities. There's also the beautiful Jefferson Park right next to the house with a playground for kids. To get to the mountains, we have easy access to the highway to get you on your way!
