Olde New House is a sublime choice for your next Cape getaway! Spacious and centrally located within walking distance of Rockport's beaches, this property features modern amenities and a well-equipped kitchenette! This apartment is located a short walk from Bear Skin Neck (Rockport’s scenic shopping area) and an easy stroll from the three town beaches. Harvey Park, right across the street, hosts a farmers market every Saturday morning until October 19. The Annual Rockport Jazz Festival runs from August 4-11 at the fabulous Shalin Liu Performance Center close by, where you'll find many other first-class performances as well. The Rockport Legion Band’s free summer outdoor concert series at beautiful Back Beach runs from July 14 through August 25.
