Enjoy this charming, newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath house in the heart of Carson City NV. Take a short stroll to nearby local restaurants, bars, museums, and State offices downtown. Additionally, use as an excellent home base to your adventures in Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, and the Eastern Sierras - all less than 30 minutes away. The location is excellent!
The neighborhood is walkable. There is a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, casinos, and bars all within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the house directly south and in the driveway to east of the building.
