Welcome to this cozy bayside escape! Enjoy your coffee on the balcony or the lower deck, which overlooks the bay. A 15-minute walk to the beach or a 10-minute drive to the boardwalk. You can get groceries at the next light, and Northside Park is less than 5 minutes away for watching sunsets and fishing!

• Children should ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED. DOCK IS NOT GATED. • Garage is OFF LIMITS! Please do not open the garage. • There is absolutely no criminal or unlawful activities. It is not permitted to use the Property for any illegal activity, and doing so could get you fined, prosecuted, or have you kicked off the property right away. • In the event that damage occurs while the renter is a resident, the renter consents to accept charges to the card on file and is liable for any damage to the property. The cost of replacing any lost or damaged property will be billed to the guest. Avoid moving any furniture except for chairs. • Please respect the property by leaving it in the same state as you found it. Before checking out, all cooking equipment must be put away, including with all dishes and utensils. Any dishes or cooking supplies left out will result in an additional cleaning fee. • Use the trash can next to the garage to dispose of trash. It is required to place recyclables in the recycling bin. • No smoking of any kind, whether it be legal or illegal. If you must smoke, do it outside by the entrance of the dock. • NO PETS ALLOWED If there are any indications that there are pets in the house, such as hairs, odor, stains, or damages, you may be subject to a fine in addition to a cleaning and ventilation cost. • There will be an additional fee per guest per day for any extra guests over the maximum number permitted on the listing. • Food and beverages are not allowed by the bay's water, on the dock area, (water is acceptable). Littering is not permitted. Children should always be under adult supervision since the dock is not gated. Visitors are in charge of their own children while on the dock or on the grounds. • The host is not responsible for any problems, accidents, or injuries that all visitors may experience on or around the dock, and property.
