Beautiful townhome in Historical part of Palmetto can fit up to 7 people ideal for a family or two. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the waterfront, 15 minutes drive to the beach. Walking distance to Regatta Marina, Restaurants, Tennis, Sutton Park. Bicycle to Emerson Point Preserve or Riverwalk for breath taking views or go hiking/kayaking. House has new designer look and a beautiful kitchen with a bar. It also has a fire pit, and lots of chairs to enjoy the evening around fire. Cottage has its own washer and a dryer, coffee pot, microwave, kettle as well as ironing board, iron, 60 inch TV with Roku channels: Amazon Prime, Youtube Red, Netflix. 100 Mmps Wi-Fi through the house.
Hello, and Welcome to Manatee River Cottage. My name is Lance and together with my wife I manage the property. We live next door and work from home so we can answer most questions about the area.
It is a very quiet and friendly area. Area is highly walkable and you will see some bicyclists as well. You can walk to the Regatta Marina (10 minute walk) to the Manatee River (5 minute walk). Also Cottage is located within a 7 minute drive from Emerson Point, which is a great natural Preserve with lots of trails, breathtaking views and history. Families with kids can walk to the Sutton Park which has a great kids playgrounds and often hosts events. Tennis is also within a 5 minute walk from the house.
