As you enter through a private front lanai, you will experience an elegant Coastal Chic decor. The living area includes a queen-size sofabed, a large 55' TV, and convenient access to a spacious, private balcony. The dining area features a unique grapevine table with four chairs, while the breakfast bar offers three additional counter stools. The well-equipped, full kitchen has new cabinets, and a side-by-side refrigerator ensuring it is ready for quick snacks or full-course meals. <b>

</b> On-site, guests can enjoy the shared pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.
