Outside covered Pool with BBQ Grill and play area including Billard Table, Foosball table, Domino Table and Dart Board with sticky balls, and patio Fire Pit Set with table and 4 Swivel Rockers Perfect for extensive families or friends looking to relax, entertain and enjoy the best of Tampa. We provide internet and Netflix. Pack-n-play and a highchair available Observations: Beside I rent a private studio rented annexed to a house, no connection, completely private. Impact windows in bedrooms providing a significant amount of sound reduction. House completely private only for guests, no shared spaces, or views. Parking up to 3 vehicles, the neighborhood allows free street parking for visits. The pool’s color is green. "Parties and events can be allowed, with cover fee and written permission from host."
