We've been lucky to travel all over the world, and we’ve stayed at AirBnBs in NYC's East Village with creaking walk-up stairs, pre-war hotels in Paris with tiny elevators, and soaring towers of glass and steel overlooking Tokyo -- so we've designed the apartment with the things we think are most important. Our home is LEED Platinum certified, which means it's energy efficient and made with sustainable construction practices, powered solar panels. We're away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, within easy access of great parts of Seattle by, car, foot and bike! And we have a licensed onsite massage therapist!

Greenwood has walkable coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and easy access to public transportation, I5 and 99 highways, and routes to the East Side (520 bridge). Also very close to Ballard/Fremont/Wallingford, some of the best eating and shopping areas in all Seattle.
