Home Sweet Home is a taste of home while vacationing located near downtown Columbia, Fort Jackson Army Base, Riverbank Zoo, near Colleges and Coliseum, Five Point Columbia, William Brice Stadium also close to Prisma Hospital and Lake Murray is 25 to 30 mins away. The home is in a older neighborhood you will see some fixer uppers.
I have spent the last 18 yrs being a landlord. That’s why if you are looking for a very nice place to stay while visiting Columbia that is close to downtown, fort Jackson and the zoo to mention a few, this home is for you, if you don’t have a problem with fixer uppers in the neighborhood. The home sleep 6 if you make reservations for 6. Host availability is flexible to address any issues that guest may have.
It’s a older historical neighborhood, some home kept better than others but over all nice neighborhood with older homeowners and retirees. There is a fixer upper next door that the owner is working on. Parking can be done on the street in front of property, and the driveway.
