Grande Caribbean is located in Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit is a one bedroom and one bath. There is a king bed, built-in twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6. This unit has luggage loading next to elevator. Carts located in the room next to pool area. There is a 37" Flatscreen TV in living room, tile flooring throughout, and a 22" flat screen in the bedroom. This third floor, corner balcony, allows guests to enjoy the boats coming in and out of Cotton Bayou and enjoy the sunrise and feel the gulf breeze from your balcony! Grande Caribbean has a beautifully landscaped barbecue area with gazebo, picnic table, large pool with covered lanai, tables and chairs. The State Park Beach is directly across the street with a newly renovated beach pavilion and boardwalk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Located within 20 minutes of the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, and The Wharf just minutes away with the Ferris Wheel, Rave Theater and many boutiques and restaurants. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Grande Caribbean restricts each reservation to 2 cars. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions .Violators are subject to being fined. Additionally, no boats, trailers, RVs, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. All of the above are strictly enforced. This property also joins the State Park Walking and Bike trails. All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. No pets allow...
