This newly renovated, comfy feel-good space has such a WARM atmosphere! This one bedroom one bath has a full kitchen stocked with dishes, a fridge, a stove, and a toaster oven. This house has high ceilings, and the first thing you will notice is the mood-lifting SKYLIGHT. Please enjoy the Flat Screen Smart TV, free NetFlix & Free WiFi, and shared patio area. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! This area is still a growing area. Much construction and remodeling should be anticipated. It's not a high-traffic area. The neighborhood is mostly residential.
