Large open concept living space, large outdoor private patio space with a grill, and all the supplies you'll need to make it feel like you are at your home away from home! Laundry, fireplace, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a community pool right outside your door. This villa is newly renovated with all new cabinets, counter tops, lighting, flooring, carpet, appliances, and more throughout. Large open concept living space with a kitchen island, dining area, a fireplace, and a smart TV with Netflix for a cozy family feel. There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub, double vanity, and 2 closets. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet with shelves, and the bathroom with a walk in shower right outside the door for convenience! Both bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix. The hallway is where the laundry (supplies provided) is stored, with many cabinets for your belongings! Step outside to your large private patio, or take a swim in the community pool!
