The living room has a sofa set and 65" 4K Smart TV with cable, perfect for watching all movies with family and friends. The garage has an all-purpose family-friendly games floor with a tennis/ping pong table , Pop-A-Shot basketball fun and Air Hockey table for your entertainment on days away from the parks. Open floor plan with kitchen facing the pool deck. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator) as well as the small appliances you could possibly need. The dining table has seating for 4 and there is also a breakfast nook table with seating for 4. Big patio with pool furniture, inflatable toys and a BBQ grill (pool heating + grill use are optional services / ad-ons). There are 4 bedrooms: Master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and remaining bedrooms have full/queen beds. There are TVs with cable and movie apps in each bedroom.
