Rear patio with Bbq Grill and outside shower! 1ST FLOOR -New laminate flooring throughout home -Open living room & dining room -Smart TV- NO cable. Amazon prime & Netflix -Full bathroom 2nd FLOOR -Please note: You will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to 2nd floor -Master bedroom with 1 Queen Bed & Sofa bed + master bathroom.
