This is a room in a lower-level apartment with a shared bathroom that feels like a home away from home, peaceful and has a welcoming fragrance of freshness. There is always a welcoming snack in the room when you first arrive. Toiletries are available for your use. Coffee and tea in the kitchen and other fruits you can munch on. Come experience a home away from home.
I am always very excited to welcome guest to my home. I take delight in making my guest feel comfortable and relaxed. I live in the upper floor with my family, we are quiet and a peace-loving family, I am available to help. Absolutely no smoking on site or on neighbors' properties (We respect our neighbors) no partying, hosting of friends and loitering. Come stay with us and you will be glad you did.
My neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with plenty of street parking. Close to UBS arena, which is about 7 mins drive away, JFK airport 10 mins drive, LaGuardia airport 30 mins drive and major highways, Restaurants, delis and fast food all within a walking distance. Green acres mall is 6 mins drive away. LIRR that can take you to Manhattan and Brooklyn is 7 mins drive away.
