This two-bedroom, one-bathroom, brand new 2023 build luxury apartment includes everything you need to enjoy a home away from home! LIVING ROOM: Kick back & relax on the full-sized sofa and love seat, large enough to accommodate a total of 5-6 individuals comfortably! The 55" smart TV provides access to any of your favorite streaming apps with your own logins, and is also Cable TV equipped for your enjoyment. Living room also includes a coffee table, end tables, TV stand and plenty of natural lighting & decor. KITCHEN/DINING: The full kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a hot, home-cooked meal. Stainless steel appliances include a stove/oven combination, microwave, refrigerator, & dishwasher. Small appliances include toaster, Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, and blender. All the cookware, bakeware, glasses, dishware & utensils you need are available for your use! In addition, complimentary coffee, creamer, etc are supplied. The extended kitchen island includes 4 comfortable barstools for you to enjoy your meal with company while seated!
