We’re in the heart of historic downtown Jersey City, one short block, literally a one minute walk to the subway train station. houses are conveniently located in the desirable Jersey City neighborhood, easy commute to New York City, super safe, relaxing yet hip and fun. Rental Period We’re monthly rentals as per Jersey City’s rental rules. Your reservation needs to be at least 29 days, I typically have my calendar available for one month at a time to prevent gaps in between. We can extend if you need more days.

Reserve your seat at the Wally Wall, Manhattan Yacht Club's floating clubhouse in the harbor. The house is located within the Hamilton Park neighborhood of Jersey City. Almost an extension of Manhattan, it is nicknamed "Wall Street West."
