Located perfectly in the heart of Clearwater, this 3-bedroom, 2.5 - bathroom home has all the charm and space you need for a comfortable lifestyle. This beautiful beach home is located 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, in a quiet and residential neighborhood that is close to shopping, dining and St. Petersburg Downtown. This house (#13) is managed by the LaCasaVacations, feel free to visit us for our SALTLIFE discount coupon or any questions you might have before booking on this site. This 2000 SF home has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have new mattresses, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding), 2 flat screen TV's,( 1 Tv in the living room, 1 TV in Master bedroom ) convenient tile floors, kitchen , Dining room table (seats 8), 2 full bathroom, fully fenced in backyard with a fire pit and gorgeous saltwater heated pool and outdoor shower. You will find the home well stocked with everything that you need. There is a washer/dryer in the house - which makes life easy! The pool area is fenced in, assuring privacy Parking Notes: Guests can park one car in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed. Main House: •BD #1 - King Bed •BD #2 - Queen Bed •BD #3 – 2 Queen Beds Please no "Disruptive or Unauthorized Events." We love our neighbors and I am happy that they are ok with us having an Airbnb.
