Простора квартира-студія у самому центрі Луцька в новобудові. У приміщенні приємна творча атмосфера, яка допоможе вам відпочити, надихнутись на справи у Луцьку. Близько до Замку Любарта, та кафе. Повноцінна кухня, сенсорна плита, духовка, мікрохвильовка, холодильник з видачею льоду та фільтрованої води. Велике двоспальне ліжко 2х2метра, де можуть легко поміститись 3 людини, яке за потреби ховається в подіум. Автономне опалення. В квартирі приємна прохолода в спеку.
