When we arrived, there was a problem with our room, because the previous guests could not leave as planned due to medical issues. The hotel organized a stay in a different, but very nice hotel without additional costs. They took care of the transportation. For the remaining nights, we received an upgrade of our room. This was the top floor with two balconies and very nice view of the sea. - great location - walking distance to all main attractions - very helpful and friendly staff - very comfortable beds

The accommodation war great and cozy. I was amazed of the cleanliness of the room and the attentiveness of the staff regarding our every issue, starting from the food to the problems in the room. The room is very long and pretty spacious for the area, regarding that everything in Sultanahmet is very narrow and crammed. The breakfast was great, if you are a person who likes a hearty turkish breakfast this is your exact place to stay. Overall everything was great and in tip top shape.

The breakfast was very big, although unchanging everyday. The hotel location is absolutely fantastic - a short (but uphill) walk to the Blue Mosque.

One thing I give a must in my stay is a quiet ROOM ! Now days is a rare commodity! This hotel is ! At least the room we got (back side to the patio) in a busy noise neighborhood like sultanameth was heaven. What really sets this hotel apart is THE STAFF! They do anything, and I mean anything to please you and make your stay more comfortable. No complains, I give it a 10. Notice the size of the room (ours) is VERY SMALL, but it was what I booked so no surprises. Just take note if you are a big suitcase traveler. Still manageable. Clean, and prompt instant service.

The service here is impeccable. The staff clearly cares that you have a nice time and does everything possible to make that happen. They provided us with a fruit platter, wine, and beverages in the lobby all free of charge. The building itself is nice and the rooms are well maintained. The spa in the hotel and the tours we did on their recommendation were all high quality. Everything was unbelievably great for the price.
