The property is overlooking the Tuzla bay where all the cafes, restaurants and other facilities are located such as banks, markets, pharmacy, etc. The Tuzla Marina is 5 minutes walk. The Marina is full of restaurants and cafes, shopping outlets, a bar, an aquarium, an aqua park, a zoo, and many other amenities for entertainment and daily needs such as supermarket, pharmacy, currency exchange. On the street near the property is a police station which makes the surrounding area a very safe place 24 hours.
Being centrally located, the apartment is a minute away from the restaurants and cafes, markets, entertainment facilities, shopping areas. The Tuzla Marina is 5 minutes walk. The Bus station and taxi stand is a minute walk. The Tuzla train station for the Marmaray Train which goes all the way to the European side of Istanbul (Sultan Ahmet area) is 6 minutes away by taxi or 20 minutes walk from the property. It takes 55 minutes by train from Tuzla to the Sultan Ahmet Area.
