1) Hotel staff: specifically Rachid, he is very knowledgeable and resourceful, spent a lot of time showing us areas on the map, which made my family’s tour of the city very seamless and easy to navigate. He is very friendly and helpful. 2) Location: close proximity to Haghia Sophia and Blue Mosque 3) Room cleanliness: cleaning service is very good and thorough. 4) Room: spacious, lots of windows, the room we stayed in has a window view of Haghia Sophia. Washroom is very clean, the only thing that can be improved is the bathroom’s exhaust fan. It requires cleaning so it can perform better. In addition, we recommend the addition of more bathroom lighting especially above the sink mirror

staff was very friendly and nice. the place is very close to the city center, the room had nice view to the sea, The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. the room was clean. we were on the last floor (we had a nice view) but the water pressure was not the best (could take a shower but it will just take a little longer). did not need the car for anything. the traffic in the city is really bad so we highly recommend you pay the property for parking (you can’t find any parking place otherwise). the parking is on the street.
