It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for a family or a group of friends who like contemporary design and up-to-date facilities. The art and decoration items are stunning. The ceiling is higher than usual and the full-length glass panels let a lot of Phuket's beautiful light come in. Each bedroom, with direct access to the swimming pool, has its own bathroom, a king size bed and excellent aircon. One of the bathrooms has a large bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and very easy to use. The villa is located in a small lane (called soi in Thai), which is very exclusive and private. Sai Yuan Road, Rawai's main street is just 3 minutes away by walk. You can find convenience stores, massage shops, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Electricity is charged separately at 7THB per unit.

This area is famous for having some of the most enjoyable villas in Phuket. Naiharn’s stunning beach is a mere 5 minute-drive. Tucked between palm-covered hills and dominated by Nai Harn’s peaceful temple, Nai Harn beach has managed to keep a laid back and unspoiled atmosphere. Less crowded than Kata or Karon beaches, it is popular among locals and long-time expatriates for its long stretch of white sand, clear waters and relaxed feel. Distance to key points: Airport= 50 minutes, Patong= 20 minutes, Kata and Naiharn beaches= 10 minutes, Promthep Cape= 10 minutes, Chalong Port= 10 minutes. Rawai Seafood village= 10 minutes.
