The Cube Villa Kalim is an exquisitely modern design pool villa with over 800sqm living space (on two levels, both accessible by elevator). The Villa is located in the Kalim Beach Hills, a short 5 minutes drive from the famous and vibrant Patong Beach, and is perfectly fitted for a luxurious, cosy and safe vacation stay. The spacious well equipped terrace with the private 90 sqm infinity saltwater pool invites you to relax and enjoy your precious time with your friends or your beloved family. Enjoy the magnificent 180 degree panoramic views of the famous Patong Beach skyline, as well as Kalim Bay while relaxing on the sun loungers or cooling off in the private 90m2 salt water pool. This fully air-conditioned villa can easily accommodate eight guests in utmost comfort in four spacious bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms and flat-screen SMART TVs’. Three of the four bedrooms offer additionally stunning ocean views and have direct access to the 10m2 balcony that overlooks the infinity pool. A tasteful modern furnished living room offers a large sofa sitting area, a useful bar counter with fridge, freezer and working space that is located next to the indoor dining table, as well as a fully equipped western kitchen with an induction stove, inbuilt oven & microwave and dish washer and a filled up wine cooler. The villa’s high ceilings and full-length windows exude calmness and are sure to relieve the tensions of a busy world outside this sanctuary. Further, the villa offers a “naturalized” indoor courtyard, free WIFI/Internet, a SONOS sound system (connectable with your smartphone), as well as a private and spacious parking area.
