The rooms were quite stylish, and clean and seemed newly renovated. Especially the bathroom was of a higher standard than most other accommodations I had in Thailand. The host was very friendly and spoke English quite well. She also helped us to get a taxi for an easy and reliable airport transfer. I can highly recommend the restaurant which is located just two houses down the street and has authentic, cheap Thai dishes with lots of vegetarian options.

Also, the delightful owner, Jay, advised me that they will refill water bottles, something I wish all guesthouses did. Super clean and comfortable, with great AC, good mattress and perfect wi-fi. Staff are friendly and very helpful, and not in your face. River taxis are close by, with access to lots of sights, and tuk-tuks are always available. Neighborhood is real Bangkok, not tourist, with beautiful wat just steps away.

The hotel is really beautiful - a cosy wooden house with lots of plants, I really enjoyed the overall vibe. The room was also super spacious What we really enjoy was the staff - soo helpful. They gave us some touristic guide in our native language at the beginning of the stay, help us understand where to go, what to do etc.. They even offered laundry services if needed and made sure that we had our clothes back on time before our departure. So they were really here to help and it was clearly a positive aspect of our stay :)
