*We try hard to keep high standards for cleaning work before guest check-in "every time" UNLIKE others - Cleaning (room, toilet, living room, kitchen) - Laundries (blanket, sheets, towels, mats) (we wash&dry ALL THE TIME, which is NOT NORMAL) (Re-using blankets, bedsheets, covers? or just changing blanket cover without launundring blanket inside? Never!!!) It actually cost us more than guest pay for cleaning, so we try to keep it worth its every penny *We request guests to submit passport pictures by email before check-in *Deposit may be required *It's a private pool for residents, not a public pool (Out guests can use the pool)
