The staff, Cream & Nat, were super helpful in every way. The tours to the Similan and Surin Islands I booked with the hotel were less expensive than the same ones online & I could be sure there would be no glitches with pick up. They also booked my transportation to the airport. The pool was clean and refreshing. There is a microwave in the outdoor breakfast area if you want to reheat something. The place is even cuter than the pictures.

Comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. Most of the rooms have a full wall sliding glass door facing the pool, which gives no privacy if you want light in your room. We were fortunate to actually get an upstairs room with windows facing trees and was much more private. Was clean and comfortable, and bed was good. Area is quiet. Close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Friendly staff :-)

Their hospitality was amazing! They kept our luggage safe while we were on a day trip, returned me a ring I had forgotten in my room, they offered us towels to take a shower after our day trip (even though our check out was early that day), they saw me struggling with my suitcase lock and did everything in their hands to help and they even set up the coffee and bread early for us since we had to leave very early for our day trip. They went beyond the extra mile. Is in a very convenient location, bars and restaurants at a walking distance.

We loved staying here!! Quieter area of Khao Lak, but still close enough to the shops and restaurants. Beautiful and clean rooms (and bungalows). Free coffee and bread in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful and arranged taxi and ferry tickets to our next destination. If you don’t feel like going to the beach they have a nice small pool and deckchairs to hang our at or you can rent a bike or scooter to explore the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Location is not the best, you have to take a ride to get to a swimmable beach, but plenty of restaurant options nearby. Price was OK. Khao Lak is not the cheapest place.

The location was very good, close to all the restaurants yet very quite so you could sleep well. The pool was nice, the staff very friendly with options to rent a scooter and wash laundry. The bungalow and general resort area was spotless clean and maintained daily. Finally loved the small breakfast in the morning with nice coffee, croissants and toasts.

Our kids loved the pool. Location was convenient- close to the beach. Check in easy, staff super friendly. Would highly recommend as a good base to explore Khao Lak.

Really well appointed small bungalows, nice patio, comfortable bed, nice swimming pool area, free coffee/tea/toast and croissant in a morning, short walk to bars and restaurants, mini mart 2 minutes away with washing machines

We did not realise any breakfast options were available. Our mistake. For us the quieter location was great. As we had been in the area before it was easy to explore. The resort was a great place to rest after a day of exploration. The staff were helpful and resonded to any issues quickly and efficiently. As we are birdwatches it proved very interesting and any eco turism needs some consideration.
