Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and the same credit card along with a valid identification card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in.

If the same credit card used to guaranteed the booking is not presented for certain reasons, the guest will be kindly asked to settle the full payment via an alternative method upon check-in.

Guests arriving after 22:00 hrs. are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance via email or telephone. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The hotel may collect a refundable deposit upon check-in for incidental charges.

Guests checking out between 12:00 to 18:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of room rate. Guests checking out after 18:00 hrs will be charged 100% of room rate.

Guests who refuse to comply with the hotel policies may be asked to leave without getting a refund.
