The B&B Balsimelli 12 is an old house, perhaps among the first built near of the first tower. Completely renovated in 2014, the house keep the style and elegance of the past. There are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms equipped with showers, soaps, and linens; A splendid terrace in exclusive use of the Attic room ( CAMERA MATRIMONILAE STANDARD) overlooking the mountains. B & B Balsimelli12 rent the whole structure but only 2 rooms. The rooms have a double bed without the possibility of additional beds, Balsimelli12 can accommodate a maximum of four guests. It will certainly be a beautiful experience in a historic and romantic ... place!

My name is Fabrizio and I opened the B & B in July 2016 and it is a wonderful experience.

The house is located in down town, in the heart of the city. Monuments restaurants and shops surround the house. the nearest parking is lot 6 ( piazzale cava antica) or lot 7 ( cava degli umbri ) 4 minutes walk to house parking . Unfortunately I do not have a garage. There is also the possibility to also park Borgo Maggiore and climb the mountain with the cable car close to the structure. In case you arrive by train, the nearest stop is RIMINI. There is a BUS service (Bonelli / Benedettini) with a stop in front of the train station, which will take you to San Marino City. Get off at the last stop (Paizzale Calcigni) then there is, in the summer months, a small train that will take you to the parking lot 6. there is also a taxi service.
