EXCLUSIVE 1-bedroom apartment in the historic center. It is located on the 5th floor in an excellent location in a brick house with an elevator. The useful area is 34m2 of which the area of the apartment - 33.99m2 (room 22.17m2, 4.59m2 bathroom, kitchen with entrance 7.23m2) The apartment has a good provision. It consists of an entrance hall, wardrobe, bathroom with shower and toilet.
