Inside, modern amenities, such as an inviting sauna, await to rejuvenate you after a day's exploration. Step out onto a spacious terrace, perfect for barbecuing and alfresco dining. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with designated parking, and in proximity to attractions like the Lipica Stud Farm, it provides both relaxation and adventure.
As the house owners, we reside on the property. our apartment is in the middle floor. This proximity allows us to personally assist you and address any inquiries or needs you may have. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by me, Branko, the house owner. I will personally hand over the keys and provide you with a guided tour of the property, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Throughout your stay, we will be easily accessible, whether it's for local recommendations, assistance with any concerns, or simply a friendly chat. We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime during your visit.
