This luxurious villa is located on the ocean front, just 20min from Gothenburg City. Here you can relax on the balconey, terras or the lovely garden with the ocean just in front of you. Private outside parking (maximum 2 cars) by the entrance of the house - free of charge. The villa offers 3 bedrooms, one with two singel beds and the other 2 bedrooms have each one singel bed, maximum amount of guests is 4 including children of all ages (no baby cribs or extra beds available). The villa has two floors, ground floor with kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry room and one bedroom. Second floor has living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. This is the perfect villa for the family or company of friends that want to relax and enjoy the Gothenburg archipelago and still have a close trip to the heart of Gothenburg city.

The ocean is surrounding the neighborhood and the calmness around the house makes it a perfect holiday location. You have the buses towards the city of Gothenburg just a 5 min walk from the house (bus takes about 20min in the the city). You also have the ferrys going out to the northern archipelago of Gothenburg, just next to the busstop. There is beautiful walking areas around the house and on the way to the house you will pass by "Amhult Centrum" with restaurants, supermarkets, farmacis, clothing stores, gym and much more!
