Newly built in 2020. Our houses are fully serviced apartments, where we provide all necessary amenties, cleaning services and other maintenance services needed in a home. Our goal is to provide our guests with the experience of a home away from home. Any guest who books to stay here must be over the age of 25. Our houses have a beautifully handcrafted Scandinavian exterior with a modern light-filled interior space with glazed double-height ceiling and a very well equipped kitchen designed for you to entertain. At bedtime sleep in serene uncluttered luxury- Standard hotel bedlinen. Heated floors in the hallway and bathrooms. Each house has a beautiful 20sqm deck and free unlimited WiFi. There is a garden in the front yard for guests to enjoy and we provide free parking. Good to know about the houses: We have a loft in each house. So there are stairs to climb. You cannot stand up in the loft but you can sit up in bed. If you do not want to climb stairs then we can provide beds down in the living rooms. These houses are available to short and long term guests.

My name is Brenda. I speak both English and Swedish. I am an Australian and I have lived in Sweden for 20 years now with my husband and our children. I enjoy travelling and cooking. I enjoy meeting people and am especially interested in different cultures and their cuisines. I prefer to give my guests their personal space but if they need anything, they are welcome to call or text me.

Central Bålsta. We are centrally located in Gamla Bålsta. There are 9 restaurants, and a supermarket, Hemköp and the local cinema within 3-8 minutes walking distance from Bålsta Studio Houses. Bålsta is the home of Lasse Åberg. He has a museum about a 5 - 10 minutes drive from our property. From Bålsta there are plenty of scenic environments with long natural paths along the gurgling bays of Lake Mälaren. Whether you like grilling sausages over an open fire, go long-distance skating, picking mushrooms or go bird watching, there are good opportunities for relaxing excursions and nature experiences. We will be happy to give you suggestions for hiking trails or places to visit.
