Location is as good as it gets; near ICE Hotel, and you can walk on the frozen river to see the Northern Lights from this hotel. There isn't as much light pollution at this hotel as compared to others so it makes it a great place to stay. Staff were nice. Would happily come again. This whole area is stunning in the winter.

fantastic experience! i stayed in one of the reindeer cabins and it was exactly what i was hoping for - not very big, but you have everything you need, and it was very cozy. great location, not too far from the city center, walking distance to the ice hotel and the sami museum, amazing display of the lights right outside the cabin. tony and nick were very helpful - assisted with booking activities and airport transfers, and were quick to answer any questions. would highly recommend!

We stayed in the igloo and it was amazing. Such a cute little “cabin” with glass windows. We were in the edge of the lake. Absolutely beautiful view. The staff were amazing. Tony was extremely helpful!

We stayed in the igloos and they were warm and cozy. The igloos and the cabins are next to each other on the same camp site. We were 4 adults and 2 kids/3 igloos. Easy walk during the wintertime to the ice hotel and to the reindeer farm. Refrigerator in the igloo and they had some basic items for breakfast like eggs, cheese, bread and sliced ham. There is a cabin that is used to meet up, play games and relax. They even had the warm suits, boots, hats and gloves to borrow complimentary. The suits saved us from the cold! Trasport to and from the airport was easy and even stopped by the store on the way to the camp. There is a Coop and a System Bologet. We got lucky and the Auroa made an appearance and we saw it very clearly from the camp.

Absolutely went beyond my expectations. Very well equipped igloo. Loved that there was a common area to hang out. Fantastic staff. Thank you for letting us check in early! Although I didn't know this at the time of booking, I loved that we could walk across the river to a restaurant and store. We got lucky and had fantastic weather, meaning it was very clear. Would highly recommend this stay. I don't drive in snow, but if you do even better!

The glass igloo was outstanding for viewing the northern lights while indoors-amazing really! The location on the lake is beautiful. I’m sure in winter it would be even more so, at which time you can walk across to the other side. The igloo was clean and I enjoyed the sauna which was close by. The en-suite toilet was a nice touch. The kitchen was wonderful.
