Elegantno uređeni apartman Filip sadrži 1 spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, kuhinju sa frižiderom, indukcionom pločom, aparatom za kafu i trpezarijskim stolom. Kupatilo je opremljeno tuš kabinom, fenom za kosu, peškirima i veš mašinom. Apartman Filip poseduje smart flat-screen TV sa kablovskim kanalima.
