Very nice duplex apartment right in front of the beach... big divisions... quiet area of Vagueira Beach... 60m2 Terrace with Ocen View, ideal to watch sun sets, and either family or romantic dinners! The lower floor consists of a Bedroom (Ocen View), a Bathroom, a Kitchen (washing machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, tea pot, microwave, and treadmill!!) a large living room space and a balcony with ocean view. The upper floor consists of an office space and a large terrace.
A classical Musician and university professor who decided to try a parallel "career" in tourism and make new friends!
Very Quiet neighborhood close to surf school, stores, restaurants and areas for biking and hiking right in between the ocean and the ria de Aveiro. Children playground very close as well. Close to the towns of Costa Nova (5km) Aveiro (15km), Praia de Mira (15km) Coimbra (50km) or Figueira da Foz (30km).
