Please note that check-in time for Standard Deluxe Rooms and Superior Deluxe Rooms is from 14:00. During July, August and September, check-in will be done from 15:00.

Please note that the Standard Rooms, Standard Studios and Standard Apartments are located on the lower floors of the hotel. These rooms and apartments do not have a view.

Please note that all guests must present the credit card used to secure the reservation during check-in. Confirmation of ownership will be made upon presentation of an official identification document. If you are not the owner or intend to pay at the hotel with a different credit card from the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged on the card used as guarantee. Full payment of the reservation will be made in person using the new credit card provided.
