The accommodation is located on the south coast of Pico Island, in the village of São-João. Easy access to different natural swimming pools, and breathtaking views of Pico Mountain and the Ocean. It is also possible to observe cetaceans from the balcony. Unique place to rest and appreciate the beauty of the ocean. The property is a house with breathtaking views of the Ocean and Pico Mountain. With my husband and our 4 year old daughter we live on the ground floor, the first floor is reserved entirely for visitors. The first floor is an independent and private space for visitors which is not shared. It includes a double bedroom with ocean view, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony. There is no real kitchen in the visitors' area, however there is all the necessary equipments to make your own breakfast (mini fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave). The only shared part of the house is the entrance to the house. We speak French, English and Portuguese. We like to interact with the people we welcome. We will be available if they need advice. If we are not present, we remain available by email or telephone. The visitors we welcome must take into consideration the fact that we have a little girl (born 09/08/20). She is an adorable little girl and we do everything to guarantee the rest and tranquility of our visitors. We also expect them to be respectful of our rest and our privacy. We are a French couple coming from the Alps. In 2018, we decided to move to Pico Island, and we are now living our dream; we wake up to the ocean while watching whales and dolphins near the windows of our house. Located 40mn drive from the airport, 30mn drive from Madalena, 25mn drive from São Roque do Pico and 10mn drive from Lajes do Pico. Calm an quiet area. Grocery store and pizzeria in the village, 10mn away from the closest restaurant, and 15mn away from the supemarket, bank, health center.
