In the neighbourhood you can visit just 1 km from the road the Pico dos Barcelos Viewpoint, one of the biggest tourist attractions of the island, and 200 m away the Santo António Church. Be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. In the city you can visit: Old Funchal (old town), the market of the farmers, Funchal Cathedral, CR7 and other museums, Madeira Casino, Madeira Congress Centre, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Marina, São Tiago beach, Barreirinha bathing complex, La Vie shopping centre and Anadia shopping centre.
