The location was easily accessed and on a quieter part of the island. Although still within a short walk of a supermarket and taxi stands. The grounds and views are incredible. The cottages are newly renovated and in excellent upkeep. The location receives ocean breezes and was very comfortable during the time of our stay. The arrangement of the cottages provides for ample privacy. Kitchen facilities and refrigerator are a plus. Our hosts were kind and made us feel welcome from the start, checked in on us while not being intrusive.

The property is truly a gem -- with professionally maintained garden that is enjoyable with a view of the sea and Mt. Pico across the straight. Parking and mountain bikes make it easy to come and go. The hosts run an impeccably maintained facility to Swiss standards! They are both knowledgeable about the island, and friendly and pleasant to interact with. This should be your first choice for Graciosa, since the value-for-money, location and service are excellent.

The house was very neat, a lovely place with a fantastic garden and view. The garden had tables, chairs, hammocks, everything you could ask for. Karen and Steffen were very attentive, and even had some bread, eggs, and queijadas awaiting for us. A lovely stay!

Mit Abstand unsere beste Unterkunft auf den Azoren - super ruhig gelegen, toller Garten zur Nutzung, hübsches Häuschen mit viel Liebe zum Detail, Wanderung zur Caldera direkt vom Haus ab, super freundliche Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps, Begrüßungspaket, tolle Terrasse zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, kleiner Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. La plus belle maison des trois proposées à Quinta Perpetua est sans doute "Casa Flores". Hébergement très bien équipé, propre, confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Espace intérieur lumineux, aéré. L'accueil personnalisé, attentionné et soigneux de Karen et Steffen est exceptionnel. Puis espace extérieur hors du commun, formidable! Des jardins à perte de vue très bien entretenus avec des hamacs et chaises longues, on peut même opter de rester à Quinta Perpetua et juste se reposer et profiter des espaces.

La Quinta Perpetua è un piccolo paradiso. I gestori sono di un'ospitalità eccecionale e hanno creato uno straordinario giardino "botanico" intorno con tante sdraie e amache dove rilassarsi e godersi la vista su Sao Jorge e Pico. Si trova al margine piccolo paese di Luz con un supermercato a due passi. Pace totale e tutta l'infrastruttura che occorre, i gestori di grande disponibilità e cordialità, cosa si vuole di più?
